Dhana Talav - Chandan Talavdi
Lord Swaminarayan was born into a Samavedi Brahmin family. Hence, on the day of Yajnopavita (sacred thread) ceremony, which falls on the 3rd day of Bhadrapad month, Lord Swaminarayan would visit Dhana Talav and perform the Yajnopavita ceremony. On one occasion, Lord Swaminarayan himself brought the saints, including Nand Sant, to this tank and engaged in water sports until noon, during which he made the saints sing kirtans.
